Warnant Wastewater Treatment Plant
Our achievements
The treatment process used is activated sludge in free culture with alternating phases
(anoxia and aerobia). The station consists of the following stations:
- A wastewater pumping chamber (with pebble trap, screening basket
and above ground self-priming pumps); - Screening: channel screen press (5 mm mesh) and storage container for the
waste ; - A biological treatment: anoxic-aerobic basin aerated by fine bubble diffusers of
Messner plate type and degasser; - Two blowers placed in the dry cellar supply the aeration frames;
- A 7.80 m diameter clarifier with a central drive and radial scraper bridge;
- Two pumps in dry cellar for recirculation from the bottom of the clarifier to the
biological basin ; - A sludge silo with a storage capacity of 32 m³ corresponding to
approximately 15 days of storage for a thickening to 30 g/l ; - A screw pump placed vertically on one of the sails of the dry cellar allows the purging of the sludge from the recirculation circuit to the silo thickener;
- A venturi channel to measure the treated flow;
- A low voltage panel installed in the operating room.
