Design and realization of a ventilation installation allowing to introduce a flow of 95.000 m3\/h of air in the manufacturing process. The unit is branded Robatherm. The fan is of the centrifugal type with rear blades in reinforced construction (Nicotra – Gebhaerdt type RZR 13-1120). The 55 kw motor is controlled by a frequency converter.<\/p>\n

The automatic control of the installation is carried out by a PLC and an operator panel. All the instrumentation is of industrial type. <\/p>

The new installation complements the existing ventilation system. A communication network between the 7 PLCs allows a precise and global control of the whole HVAC installation. The operating parameters of the new unit are sent back and displayed on the plant supervision.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
